Scheduling is always bad, appointments are 1-1.5 hours behind every time we have been scheduled. Billing staff is rude asking for copays up front even though we state that we will not wait for 1.5 hours to be seen and will pay if we stay for appointment. HIPAA violations by employees yelling patients name and PHI into waiting room within site/hearing of other patients. I definately would not recommend patient care by staff is not a priority.
