Pathetic service, long waiting, unfriendly staff. Rude.

Dr Bhatia was caring and compassionate and truly cared about my issues. She took the time to explain things as she wanted me to be more invested in my dental hygiene. She is a great dentist.

I have Medicaid, They would not see me until verified. I waited almost two hours before I was seen. I was there a total of almost 3 1/2 hours. I saw The Dr two more times. I have been waiting since September for approval for Dentures. The girl that handles the paperwork, does not get in until 3-4 in the afternoon. The three visit's I had approved got kicked back. After going back and forth with the dentist, Medicaid in Albany, the local office, they told me the claims were rejected due to they were not processed right. A simple phone call it could have been fixed in 5 minutes. I have spent hours on the phone between all three agency's along with my primary Medicare that does not pay for any Dental. I called Monday the 22 of December to see if anything new has happened, the receptionist was so rude to me and told me I had to wait another 10`15 days for approval? My bridge broke at the end of August, and I have been making fake teeth out of wax. I am horrified that this is going on. I decided to go to another Dentist. This is totally not professional at all! I am sorry I went to her in the first place! All the hours I wasted on the phone with all the insurance agency's and this worker is always out, on Vacation or not in! Now, I have to start all over again with this. I am not happy!

The first time I went for my appointment I waited 1 hour and 45 mins to be seen. My last visit she started my root canal and then stopped when she realized it was taking over 45 mins to remove due to the length of the root. Then she asked if I could come back later. I said no because the process took too long to remove a tooth I had taken out in November. I then stated that this was not professional. She preceeded to raise her voice and said she will not finish my tooth; she sent me to a specilaist. Now I have to pay two dentist. She also tried to charge me a deductible fee of 50.00. Which I paid in November. I called my provider they stated I do not owe any deductible fee. Bad customer service. Last but not least I have to hold my pocket book while getting my procedures done.

VERY UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF! They do not know anything. The secretary is very rude on the phone and they are very pushy to try and get you to set next appointment even if you dont need it. they use unlawful billing methods. i seen unauthorized charges to my insurance
