Es un excelente médico y excelente ser humano. Es un experto en el fraxel peel y otros tratamientos de los cuales le estaré siempre agradecida. Debido a que es muy cotizado hay lista de espera para hacer cita, pero quien puede esperar , no se va a arrepentir. Por la seguridad y confianza en su expertise vale la pena esperar. Las asistentes en su clínica Novaderm Bayamón son muy atentas y profesionales. Las secretarías de la oficina en San Pablo son muy ásperas con los pacientes tanto por teléfono como en persona, ni que trabajaran en oficina de gobierno. Volviendo al médico, lo recomiendo porque está al día en todos los tratamientos dermatológicos y aquí en PR es una autoridad en su especialidad. Que Dios le de mucha salud y sabiduría para beneficio también nuestro.

The waiting period is due to the great popularity of this doctor. He has patients hoping to get appointments with him even if they have to wait 6 months. His office would benefit from a system that estabishes a maximum of 5 patients per hour. Where you can be guaranteed a waiting period of not more than an hour. However his appointment book is bursting because he is such a great doctor. Dr Ortiz is a caring, insightful, always ahead in his field professional; that is also a great human being. It is very difficult to find a comparable dermatologist in PR. That is why even other doctors from different medical backgrounds will sit in his office for hours to get him to take care of them or their family members.

Plan an appointment is stressful because is always full. For your initial appointment you have to keep calling for at least 3 months
