Dr. Horowitz is extremely gentle + skilled. His receptionist is great as well. They are both very oatient focused. My 2 experiences were excellent.

my opinion is based on my experience only. I went to Dr. Horowitz once because I hit my toe and couldn't walk well. I though we would give me a boot or an orthopedic shoe. Instead, he gave me a prescription for one because he doesn't have anything like that in the office which is pretty surprising for a podiatrist. Anyway, I ended up buying an ortho shoe from Amazon and never went back to him. Personality wise he was soft spoken and easy going, but I couldn't recommend him for anything else other than a corn and cutting the nails of old people. Also, the lady working the front, although friendly, uses foul language and smelled.
