To set up for cataract surgery the exams were easy to arrange, staff was able, informed and helpful. All questions were thoughtfully answered. The surgeries were easy and painless. Follow-up by the office has been great. A good experience all around.

I would definitely recommend them and will remain with them as long as my insurance will let me.
Love the way I'm treated there by all the staff!
I was seen by Stephen Clark RPA ,he was very professional and helped me understand (in layman's terms ) what my procedure was going to be and he was very pleasant also.

Called as a new patient with an emergency (something in my eye). They got me in that day, were very pleasant, removed the wood chip from my eye, gave post op instructions with sample size eye drops. I saw the PA, Steven Clark and he was great.

They have a wall of awards behind the front desk for being Best Of the region and each is well deserved! If you want to be treated with kindness and do not have time to wait for hours then this is the place!

waited alone in rooms, even if there was no other comtomers in office!Staff would leave you waiting, say things and they were to into pushing skin stuff when I was there for my eyes. Far from helpful,called because my are were crossed and he said I had cataracs and that would fix the problem, that is a lie. This surgery does not correct my problem, he lied right to my face and he told me he had someone that would work with my eyes after surgery, they more or less dumped me after surger, he didn't have a doctor to help me! But why would I need a doctor to help with eyes after he told me that surgery would fix it!!! And I wanted to go to Glens Falls and he told me no one there would accept my health insurance, which was another lie. I should have gone for a second opion! Catarac surgery didn't help and now I'm on my own again to try to find a new eye doctor and to get my eyes fixed. Very sad! P.S. catarac surgery made my eyes feel terrible, have to see new doctor for that also.

Very pleasant and professional staff,friendly and knowledgable ...I felt very comfortable in their hands especially because it was like they all seemed top notched at their specialty????Dr Zeiker , Stephan Clark PA and the techs were very pleasant and thorough.....I was very nervous at first but their competence and good bedside manner made me feel much more relaxed.I would highly recommend them????

Paid w/check and front desk girl said she would add the name. This turned out to be a big joke - I stood waiting for her to stamp the check and she fiddled w/papers until after 2-3 minutes, I finally sat down. Then she whispered to other girl, they "giggled", and she stamped my check w/Zieker name. I was prescribed long-term new-to-market meds. As a senior citizen, I found the meds expensive and not covered by my insurance - a sarcastic comment was made (asking if I thought he was receiving a kick-back) when I did not comply. Before my second appointment I requested a copy of my medical record for the diagnosis and to keep for reference. I found inaccurate and unprofessional comments in my medical record, some questioning my veracity and framed in such a manner as to suggest I might be on drugs. FURTHER, prescription for new glasses was wrong. Had to pay to have another optometrist re-examine my eyes to acquire the proper prescription to obtain glasses.

When my 7 year old daughter had eye irritation, I brought her in. The experts at Zieker eye told us she had rust in her eye! They were able to remove it safely and calmly, ensuring my daughter felt safe and comfortable. I highly recommed this practice.
