I really like Dr. Hill - very personable and knowledgeable. The facility staff however don't really seem to care whether you are there and during my experience were more interested in their personal conversations than in acknowledging that I was there. Dr. Hill's nurses have fallen short on getting a preauthorization taken care of in a timely manner.
