Very unprofessional. I went in for a well woman appointment and since I had been going for a few years for anti anxiety medication I went there to get my prescription refilled. I guess the front assumed that’s why I was there so I can only assume they didn’t check their records or anything. Anyways we did the whole mental health check and started ending the appointment before I pointed out why I was there (I thought maybe they were just getting ahead on the medication). They were overall very unprofessional and unhelpful.

I have been going to SouthShore for almost two years. The office staff used to be horrible, but things are different now. There is a new office manger and she is wonderful. There is still a long wait to see the doctor, but Dr. Dayal is personable, kind and considerate. I really think she is good and I'm glad the staff is improving.

Dr Dayal is an excellent doctor who is thorough and open to answering any questions till you are satisfied and understand. I have been going to this office for almost 20 years and will continue to do so for many more to come.

Wonderful doctor and staff. You wait your turn at every Dr. office and this office is no exception. They take time to explain your lab results with you and their time and assistance is worth another co-pay. If you have an emergency, they will get you right in ahead of anyone else. I won't see any other Doctor! She is the greatest!!!

I had Southshore medical as mine and my family PCP. During one year of period I truly find the worst PCPs of my life. Staff of this practice highly unprofessional, they did not treat us in proper and professional way. Highly complicated, difficult to get appointment and too much wait. Even Doctors are inexpeienced and made many wrong diagnosis. The strange thing I have never seen any where which I found here was if you go to the Southshore medical, you must have to pay always Co-pay. I understand we are suppose to make co-payment for seeing Doctor but it does not make sense to make co-payment to get the lab results. Its impossible to talk to Doctor on phone in need. I can only say the worst family practice, no one should go there. They are rude and highly unethical people. Beware !!

I chose Dr. Gauri as my new PCP. I became ill with a respiratory infection and called to make an appointment. The office worker named Jessica was extremely rude and insensitive to me. Because I had not seen the doctor before, I would have to wait a week to get an appointment. She also told me rudely if I was sick to go to the emergency room. She said there were appointments open the next day, but only if I was an existing patient. I asked if she would call if there was an opening, she said no. I asked her the reason for the policy, and she said, "That is just the way it is.". I did not want to sit in an overcrowded ER with my non-emergency taking up space from people with real emergencies paying a $100 co-pay. I could not believe how unwilling she was to work with me, so I decided if this was the type of person Dr, Dayal would employ to assist patients, it was probably a reflection of the attitude that was acceptable in her office and I decided to change PCP again.
