The doctor made it clear he was doing us a favor even seeing us. We arrived at 11:00 for an 11:00 appointment. He would not see us because we were not early. They said we were told to be early. I do not recall that. We went back at 100. He had a very limited time slot and was not willing to discuss or diagnose all the issues. My wife had severe trauma, had been through the ER and we were following up with a orthopedic doctor in the neighborhood. He did not have time for us and would not look at all her injuries. After a bit of discussion my all time favorite new doctor line, "Yes, your arm may very well be broken but we do not have time for that today."

This is not our first bad encounter with Dr. Liang. The only reason we saw him is because our regular doctor was booked. He was somewhat condescending at our first visit but I overlooked it. During our follow up visit when I asked questions about my daughter's ankle, his replies made me feel as though my questions were senseless. In addition, he kept looking at his watch. Final straw was when I inquired about the brace my daughter would be wearing he replied, "I am not going to spend the next ten minutes explaining the brace to you"- At this point I had enough and told him he was short, rude, and that we normally see Dr. Davino and would be sure not to use his poor services again. Staff is wonderful-Dr. Liang is NOT.
