Would not recommend going here. I don’t feel they care about people with debilities nor women who are not in a minority group. I came early as I was instructed to and was ignored and left in waiting area I was the only white woman there until just before I had to leave. Very uncomfortable

Dr. A. Ogunlari delivered my 1st and 3rd child, I am currently pregnant, but since TRM in Sunnyvale is being used for delivery 1star for the hospital delivery unit. I don't know that I will see her to deliver this baby, I had a terrible experience at the hospital, the delivery bed is horrible, think about laying on 2" mattress and your hip & rear ending up on the metal plate for hours without them offering anything to make it better, them knowing their beds are this way? If i woul've known how long I was gonna be there I would've spoken up sooner, i would've requested pillows earlier. There was also a problem with the buttons on the bed, they couldn't hear me when I tried to reach a nurse for assistance (the heartbeat monitor would go off on its own, so they asked us to let them know when it happened) so when i tried reaching a nurse for assistance, it was a problem, the 1st time i needed to urinate, the nurses station would talk to me, they couldn't hear me, one of them came to the room and rudely replied with (you need to contact your nurse), which to i replied that's who I attempted to reach. My husband & MIL were fedup with the treatment, after 20 mins of holding it in, i went on myself ended up wetting everything on the bed, the 2nd time i had to go, a nurse walked in & said, oh you need to go? I replied yes, so she brought a container and said ok you can go now. So, my husband helped me hold it in place and guess what? It didn't hold all the pee in so they had to change some of the sheets again, the 3rd and final time, i had 2 young ladies assist me they were very sweet, i thought wow the younger ladies are way more attentive than the older, i didn't expect it. That's not all, I was hooked up to IV and all since 6 pm Thursday, had my baby Friday around 4, they said I would be transferred into a recovery room, they were waiting for it to get cleaned, I thought sweet! I don't have to be dealing with this pain from the bed, well 7hrs later, that's when it became ready. Before i was moved it was between time for dinner, the nurse placed an order in for my dinner, someone forgot to put it in? So, they finally bring me something to eat. Saturday comes and they bring breakfast, they didn't ask me what I wanted & I don't eat eggs! So, i guess it was (you eat what we provide type of deal)? My mother & father were there, until lunch time, so lunch arrives out of nowhere again, so the trey they brought me in the morning remained there until lunch, my mother offered to hand it to her, the cafeteria lady, just said leave it on the side. Yes, on the side, I surely don't leave my morning dirty dishes laying around until lunch or dinner time do any of you?? Dr. Constantine who has his own building not with Dr. A. Ogunlari came to visit on Saturday since I delivered on a weekend (Dr. Ongulari doesn't work weekends) & asked me if i wanted to stay 1 more day or go home? Without hesitation i replied, I am ready to go! I couldn't leave until my baby's jaundice results would come back (the young lady who checked her jaundice & hearing was awesome also). When i was finally discharged I was waiting for a wheelchair as I had when i delivered my 1st child in the old Women's hospital in Mesquite, then my 2nd at Baylor in Dallas. NO wheelchair, no one assisting by holding me either, so my husband was carrying the baby, thinking a wherlchair was on its way, nope nothing, so a nurse walked us outside and that was that. My sister inlaw on the other hand said it wasn't bad for her, I have very good insurance, always have, my sister inlaw had medicaid, I thought okay there's something totally wrong here. My SIL couldn't believe it, she said I should get something in the mail to tell about my stay, nothing in the mail to voice my concern, just bills. So, convenience, yes I live 5 mins away, and it is very close to the mesquite surroundings, but I have my own transportation and for the above reasons I am reconsidering this doctor unless she can deliver at Baylor once again, the treatment at Baylor was awesome from EVERYONE despite the cost, so if you're gonna end up paying either way why not go elsewhere? I'll look for reviews for the hospital in Rockwall also. I'm not a cry baby, I take pain extremely well, but I went to the old mesquite hospital for gastrointestinal problems they took me in a wheelchair, and discharged me on one also, so why not when I delivered my baby when all my bones and muscles were aching? I was induced, so it was a long exchausting labour. I know this is probably going away from reviewing the Dr. But since their office is with the Hospital this is what you have to look forward to. I have a healthy baby, thank god, but this does not excuse their customer/patient service. Perhaps they need funding for wheelchairs, i took my son when he was 6 months and the Dr. Who treated him was great i guess us just the delivery area that's bad. My rate for the Dr is 5 though.

She has delivered 2 of my children, the time i wait is the time she spent with me during my delivery. A good dr is always pact and busy, it would be nice if people would not bring more than their spouse or their kids. People shouldn't go there if they are sick its no the emergency room. They need to be more discreet when the front desk speaks to patients we can hear all types of personal information. The older lady in the back is very loud talking to insurance people she should be in a closed office. And the office manager should talk to the staff a little better I'm a customer and i felt embarrassed. Not all offices are meant to be perfect but i enjoy being a customer here.

Dr Yang has been awesome through my whole pregnancy. Sonograms are always on time, i never have had to wait so long in waiting room 20 mins max. Only when I have GTT i waited for an hour , but that was a 1 hr procedure so it is excused. Looking forward to having my baby delivered and Dr Yang has been very informative and caring of me as a patient.

Ive waited at least 60 to 90 minutes at least to be seen coming here. If my appointments at 10, please dont see me at 12. Ive been in 3 times and experienced considerable delays. Id expect it if I called that day but my appointments are made months in advance. Last time, there were sick patients in the waiting room with pregnant women and newborn babies. They need to discourage that. The doctor dismisses my concerns and of the hours I wait I may see her for 5 minutes. Her nurse is disrespectful and unprofessional. When I call, which is rare, she is hateful, and is never informative.I think her behavior is inappropriate. She should keep notes & generally know what is going on with patients, write it down. Im a customer, I do not like being treated disrespectfully & like I do not matter, like cattle. At this rate the doctor will be a stranger to me by the time I deliever. Take time for your patients. Get to know them. Treat them like people. Treat them with respect.

i went to dr ogunlari very scared after a horrible experience with a male dr. she immidiatley calmed me and told me what she would do and how she would do it. she held my hand while i cried at my diagnosis. she then told me it was all gonna be alright and fixable. she laid out a plan, helped me follow it. sent me to a phenominal surgeon. everyone has bad days at work, so cut this office some slack. until you have worked in a medical office you wont understand that the time you spend waiting is not always because the staff is slacking but because you end up waiting on something from someone out of your control. no dr. office is 100% efficient all the time. if they are, its because they have no business...that doesnt speak very well of the dr. now does it. i love this dr and i wont be going anywhere else!!!

Frighteningly inconsiderate and rude. It took me an hour to be let into her office, where I then spent 30 minutes with some people trickling in and out not speaking to me--one of them even was her. She didn't ask if I wanted to know what she was doing with her tools--just jammed them in unexpectedly. I felt violated when I left. I wasn't the least bit rude to her or impatient. I have no idea what I did to deserve that, but it's frightening to find that I could get such bad service from someone with such high ratings.
