The staff at this office is horrendous. They are quick to bill your insurance company for the money but take weeks to complete the information from your appointment. Got a verbal clearance for surgery from them within 2 days of the appointment but have now been waiting for 2.5 weeks for them to fax a "check yes" box on a form from my surgeon and submit it. They supposedly only have one person who can check this box and she has been out of the office for 2 weeks.
