Dr. Wolford has treated me and my daughter. It saved our teeth as we were horrible grinders. He does the tens machine in order to see how the muscles move. the Jaw joint is the most unique joint, it is very complicated. He was the ONLY dentist to ever see that I had actually had a broken Jaw that was never known to me, but it did cause me a lot of issues before being found. Dr. Wolford was able to isolate my issue and help me with it. My daughter's issue was just normal development as she grew up, and the mouth guard she received helped a lot to allow her to sleep without the morning jaw pain she had every day. Completely different issues he found. Mine was definitely the more difficult to diagnose. No one ever knew I had a broken jaw, but I had been in many situations where it was possible. Only Dr. Wolford ever caught that. He is one of 14 doctors that can use that tens machine and imo more people should be trying it! He is a trifle aged out with regards to internet and so forth but he is correct about the jaw joint, so judge for yourself.

I was in the office when a patient was informed they would not see them for a surgery because the patient did not follow the surgery instructions. The staff remained calm and tried to explain why it would be harmful to them but the patient went ballistic and started yelling and threatening to discredit them on the internet reviews. It was a pathetic scene actually but I commend the office and doctor on their professionalism and tact throughout the whole situation. I have had a stellar experience with this office. The doctor is very knowledgeable and I am feeling much better with my condition.

D. Gary Wolford, Donald G, Gary D. How many different ways does he use his name and why? IF you try to find his license he uses it one way, then another way on his facebook, then this way. Please do not accept any referrals to Gary Wolford from another dentist. He is an expert witness for other doctors and insurance, he does not disclose this. He is one of the most unethical, dishonest, human beings I've ever met. He falsified my records, and failed to properly treat my conditions. I was funneled to him by another dentist, and told that he was the best person for my problems, after being severely injured by a well known University. He is a "go to" guy for other dentists in the southeastern Michigan. He was also charged in 2008 for incompetent dental care. Please beware. He is not an expert, and he will likely cover for another doctor that has injured you. His tens machine business is a direct conflict of interest in my opinion. He can woo female patients, and likely is very good at flattering his senior patients that he treats with his Tens Machine Therapies. I imagine he holds stock in the company that makes his Tens Machines. Myotronics. Please BEWARE. Lawyers use him as an expert, and dentists send their mistakes to him so that he can sabotage or stall proper surgical intervention. That's what he did to me, and I have paid dearly for his failure to treat. My guess is he changes his name around for different purposes in hopes that people will not be able to find him. He works with lawyers, and is not a nice man. If there were a way to put "0" under each category, that would be my choice for knowledge and helpfulness. Very dishonest man.

This doctor does not have a clue. He may be senile. He doesn't believe the Internet and said everything on it is untrue. He wanted to do the christenson joint implants a few years ago and when I told him they were taken off the market by the FDA. He asked how I knew and I said the Internet on the FDA site. He said you can't trust the Internet..., outdated office and techniques,
