Dr. Otiko is one of the finest, most knowledgable doctors I have had the pleasure of working with. Because I have homes in 2 states (UT (resident) and CA (non-resident)) I have to have doctors in both states. I have some of the finest physicians on this planet. Chris definitely ranks right up there. His "bedside matter" is one of the best also. He takes time to explain issues to his patients. I have an insurance background (former senior executive officer for 2 Fortune 200 Insurance Hilding Companies) and Chris is honorable too. Plus his treatments were adn are successful for me. I strongly recommend him to anyone who needs his services.

Dr. Chris was very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. I found him trough a Groupon deal and he cleared up a toe problem I've had for years with a minimum of discomfort and cost. He upheld the Groupon deal even after I had used it, and gave precise and well-explained information about the condition and what I had to do to prevent it returning.

Dr. Otiko was extremely professional and very detailed on how to care for my foot after I left the clinic. On 2 different occasions I have even prescribed Lamisil which can damage liver and never was able to cure my toe fungus. I went abroad and tried 3 different treatments and all failed. With one laser treatment at Dr. otikos office, fungus is gone. Highly recommend his office in El Segundo.

About a year ago I noticed that something was going on with one of my toenails. I went to my regular family doctor and he told me it was a nail fungus and that he could prescribe me medication that only had a 20% chance of working. Needless to say, the meds didn't work so when I saw a groupon for laser nail fungus removal, I bought it right away. My visit was so easy and basically painless. Dr. Otiko explained the procedure and answered all of my questions. 30 minutes later, I was done and had a check up appointment in a few months. I went in today for my check up and I couldn't be happier. The funus is totally gone and my nail is basically back to normal. I'm 100% satisfied and I'd recommend this treatment to anyone.

Went in for nail fungus laser treatment. Dr. Chris was patient, informative, polite, and friendly. As for my foot, so far so good. No need for additional treatments. (tho Dr. Chris DID make it clear that repeat treatments are very common).
