Excellent Dr. Very knowledgeable, patient, caring, takes his time explaining procedures, listen very careful to you and your concerns, very detail oriented and inspire trust with his knowledge and the way he talks to you. Dr. Rice repaired my rotator cuff tear and a tear in bisect tendon in December, I still going to physical Therapy but I have game almost 100/100 of my movements but most importantly I am out of that awful pain. Thank you Dr. Rice and also for treating and talking to me like a person.
