Dr. Gunderson worked very quickly to diagnose my shoulder pain and get me scheduled. I was impressed with the amount of time he spent with me answering questions. I waited too long to get help and was almost at my wits end. He was very compassionate. His office is very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend.

This doctor almost cost me my father from his neglect and miss DX. Two days after he saw him my dad was on life support suffering a horrible infection lost the function of his kidneys all in result from his shoulder surgery.

He severely neglected my care, through not knowing who I was, why I was there, my history with him or what was going on that day which resulted in ongoing severe issues, pain and misery that have extended over the past two years. His neglect may result in life long negative affect to my daily life. He should not be in practice if he can not take the time to know who he is seeing, why they are there, and what problems they are having before making a laughing comment and breezing out the door. In addition, properly train your nurses that answer phone calls from patients and your PA to recognize and pass on important information...in defense of the PA...he tried!! He knew something was very wrong, called Dr. Gunderson in and that is when he walked in, never examined me, never looked at the x-ray never asked any questions about what was going on and then made a flippant comment about washing my leg real good when I get home and it will be fine...the epitome of neglect!!

He does not carry medical malpractice insurance. He has multiple medical malpractice lawsuits filed against him.
