He told me all of my silver fillings had to come out. ( I was having zero problems) he replaced them and now my teeth are ruined. He drilled them out so much that I barely had any tooth surface left. Now my teeth are cracking . He's all about money and my insurance said he bills twice what's they allow for cavities. Run from him, I'd rate him a zero if I could.

Not a customer comes first environment. Does not operate under the same payment policies or even want to work with the same payment policies as insurance company even though considered a primary provider. Will charge patient late fee charges even if insurance pays the bill within 90 days. Front desk staff not apathetic to patient concerns.

I was impressed with the staff, office and service I received from Gateway Family Dentistry. I was fully informed of my dental needs and the cost associated with it. I was refered to an oral surgeon because Dr. McMillen said that is where I would get the best care for the extraction I needed. Im impressed that he was willing to put my needs first,(Ive worked in medical offices before and know that he lost money by doing so). I will be refering my family and friends to this practice because they were wonderful!

Refers you to others that are not in your network without telling you. Gets commission off of referrals. All about money. Staff was great, but its the billing/referrals that are not good.

First office I have been to to where they are upfront about how much I will owe and then not change the amount when I was done with my treatment. Dr. McMillen was personable and professional which helped ease mine and my kids anxiety. I will go back.
