1st time visit- I already had xrays & mri, all paperwork filled out before I went to office. The receptionist handed me about 10 pages to complete and sign and when I asked what it was, she said it was for participation in a research project. I said no, I would not be doing that (required being interviewed and giving up my privacy) and I got the cold treatment from then on. Doctor spent maybe 10 minutes with me and was very rushed and curt, said "you have arthritis what do you want to do?" and that was it. Didn't explain anything. Worst experience ever- I felt like I was being rushed out the door. THEN HE CHARGE ME FOR 45 MINUTES! Turns out this office charges from the moment you check in until you check out, regardless of how long you spend with the doctor. Absolutely a total rip-off. Do yourself a favor and avoid this doctor if you want real help!

Time is blatantly disregarded. Wait is long and time doc spends with patient is miniscule. Perhaps Dr interfaces best with anesthetised patients. His education is superb. He needs to translate that into attentive patient care.

Dr. Patel's office has no sense of time, or disregards the patients time. He spends more time with teaching his student (Resident?) than he does focusing on the patient. Doctors will give him high marks for his training, But, they never had to cool their heels in his waiting room nor be ignored in his treat, ent room. There was no call back when I called with concise questions about the meds and the other tratments. He does not monitor his patients meds. I have found a much better doctor. you should too.
