I found Dr. Massick through a friend., and I am so happy with her. I travel over 70miles one way to see her and its worth every mile driven. She has helped me so much its unbelievable. I had a spot on my face and she biopsy it that day instead of rescheduling me. She worked me in with other patients. It had to be surgically removed & referred me to Dr. Carr, to get it removed, another great Dr. It's been 3mos & the scare looks terrific. Dr. Massick is very patient, very concerned about your care and takes her time and answers all my written down questions. I won't hesitate to recommend her for our care.

I have been her patient for about 8 years and have referred all of my local family and many of my friends to Dr Massick. She takes a lot of time addressing my concerns and laying out options. I cannot say enough about her professionalism and knowledge. Sometimes I might have to wait 15 minutes to get in, but I consider that no big deal. Once she had to perform an unscheduled procedure to remove a cancerous spot on my nose rather than reschedule me to come back. If I wait a few minutes because she is doing something extra for the person ahead of me, I'm happy to do that.

Dr. Massick is a fantastic physician. I have been very happy with her for the 2-3 years I have been seeing her, and she has always been extremely helpful. She not only remembers my specific concerns from past appointments, but also details of my kids and family who she asks about. When my daughter was recommended to go to a Dermatologist by her Pediatrician, I specifically requested Dr Massick since I was so happy with the care she provided (my daughter did not need to end up going, as it turns out). Yes, she does go through the appointments quickly if there are no questions, but I have NEVER had her cut me short or end the appointment before all of my concerns were addressed. The "rush" mentioned by the other person who left a rating may be just be how busy her schedule is. One thing I find very helpful is to take a list of questions in with me so I don't forget. I would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone.

The doctor is not patient. She didn't spend enough time with patient. She isn't friendly and compassion. She isn't encouraging. Overall, she is business straiforward. and very rushy. I will never go back to her again.
