Dr. Schancupp is an all around fantastic doctor. I have been a patient of his since 2017 and I can honestly say I feel so blessed to have both him as my Podiatrist and his wonderful office staff to trust with any issues that arise at anytime with keeping me literally on my feet. Very, Very friendly, caring, trustworthy, and professional while providing the best treatment to all his patients. I would highly recommend Dr. Schancupp to all my friends, family, and to all whom are in search of an exceptional Podiatrist. THE BEST!!

This MD is uncaring and only interested in making $..
I went to my app. With an open mind..as I had spent time with his office assistant
Regarding insurance ..we left it at we could "work it out"
My reason for the office was since my knee replacements its painful and difficult to cut my toenails and I had some serious callous that were hurting...
This doctor told me he could do anything because my insurance would not cover it
But for an office visit fee plus
His fee he could remove the callous and could only cut one toenail..as the other nails in his opinion did not need cutting..what a joke
I can't see how this guy has so many good rerviews..

I needed to have an ingrown toenail removed and I was very nervous as I have a low tolerance for pain. I cannot believe how gentle and painless the entire procedure was from start to finish. Dr. Schancupp explained every step of the process to me before beginning. I was completely at ease and am so very pleased that I decided to just go ahead and become pain free with that pesky ingrown toenail! Highly recommend this office!

My son and I both went to this doctor and neither of us felt like he had any expertise whatsoever. We both paid hundreds of dollars and ultimately had to visit a knowledgeable podiatrist at another location to get a resolution. Other doctors were able to resolve our problems quickly and for far less money. His relationship with insurance companies provided a $35 discount for an initial office visit. They also push overpriced shoe inserts which must be money in their pocket. Sadly, I cannot recommend this doctor to anyone.

Dr Joel Scancupp in an amazing podiatrist. He is very knowledgeable and very experienced. Dr. schancupp has great technique and is very gentle. I have known Dr, Shancuop for many years and hughly recommend him. Wonderful office staff, too

Doctor and staff are very kind and went out of their way to get me in asap. Nicole is a sweetheart and the medical assistant is very knowledgeable. I had a great experience and will be going back!

Refered many to this office, never again! Billed me for services 9 months after seeing them, my insurance would not cover since they submitted claim incorrectly and then too late as calendar year had passed. Nasty on the phone when questioned and took no responsibility for the problem. Will find another doctor in the area who treats long time patients with respect and professionalism!

Doctor is cold and uncaring....only interested in making money. He does not listen to you. Does not sterilize instruments. He asks you to walk barefoot on nasty floor. Very unsanitary environment and rude, arrogant doctor. There are other podiatrists in Roswell. Go to one of them, where you will be appreciated as a patient.
