TO RESPOND TO ANITHER REVUEW, DR ALVES HAS TO SPEND EXTRA TIME WITH SERIOUS ISSUES WHEN SEEING HIS PATIENTS. I DON'T MIND WAITING WHEN HE HAS A PATIENT NEEDING EXTRA CARE.

I wish I could give a zero to his office staff member named Brittany ! I had a pacemaker placed last week on July 31, 2923 . DrAlves did an awesome job . He has a great bedside manner . After I awakened from the procedure , Dr. Alves reassured me that the procedure went well. Dr. Alves was very specific when he asked me to make an appt with his office for a post office visit next week in his Moorpark office.

The next day I left a message and the office called me back . Brittany asked me what is the reason for my call . I told her that Dr. Alves wanted to see me post op. This Brittany told me that Dr. Alves tells all of his patients to make an appt post op
but doesn’t really mean it . I told Brittany that I cannot speak for other patients but I specifically was told to make a post op appt . Brittany then told me she was going to hang up on me and she did exactly that . It’s difficult to know now what is the truth. I felt abandoned by Dr. Alves but who knows it could just be Brittany is rude . I would like to give the benefit of the doubt to Dr. Alves . I feel very let down and hurt inside . I hope I can learn the truth somehow and personally let Dr. Alves know I I feel inside . I believe that the doctor who does the procedure and in his own words says please make a follow up visit should be given that opportunity . I have questions about the pacemaker procedure that he should be answering for a post op checkup. I wasn’t given the magical ID for the pacemaker nor the model for the pacemaker . I hope that all of questions should be answered by Dr. Alves .

Every time I come to his office I wait 2 hours. He's late all the time he doesn't care to be on time for his patients
