Stopped using him years ago, but went with a relative on an appt. We felt rushed, and we felt that he could have taken more proactive steps to rule out any possible problems based on multiple symptoms. I would not recommend him to anyone.
He was personable, but extremely dismissive.
Not happy, and now making another appointment to actually get some diagnostic testing.

Dr Chen was in a rush with his exam and did not have a good bedside manner. I did not feel that he really cared to try to help me and he made me feel like cattle just passing through his office. I think perhaps he needs a vacation. I would never take anyone I cared about to see this doctor.
