I reported Dr. Muntean to HR. He was completely unprofessional and , I believe, violated HIPPA by shout both my first and last name outside my exam door and shouting at the nurse "what's -----here for?!" The nurse told him to read the chart. I was mortified! When he came into the room, I asked him where I should go, if I should not come see him and caught him by surprise. He boasted about his outstanding record and education then did a quick exam and sent me for an MRI. When I went to leave the exam room ALL OF THE LIGHTS in the office and waiting room were turned off. I followed through with the MRI and He NEVER called with results. He was horrible.

A+ the best-- If you give him the details (not an hr. of complaints) and then let him pick the course of action to take-- he is the best. I assume the negative comments posted here where by those who think they know more than the doctor who has years of wisdom & knowledge. And he will refer you to a specialist only if it is necessary-- saves you money too. :) staff is awesome too ! Everyone has a off day especially after hrs of listening to negativity and complaints- If I am smiling- the atmosphere changes to positive and even if your sick & hurting- a smile goes a long way. How else has painting of Dracula's castle on the wall?

I am going to be totally honest with all of you. It's up to you if you want to believe me or go and see for yourself. I've never left a review, ever about anyone. I felt so compelled to leave one for Dan Muntean because he is a horrible listener with terrible bed side manners. The very worst Doctor I have ever experienced and I truly mean that. While you try and explain your symptoms and concerns, he will stop you, very rude when he speaks to you. My mother, father, mother-in-law and entire family have all had the same unpleasant experiences and are looking for a new doctor. I'm kinda blown away by his career path. It is very important to have a doctor that cares about your concerns and listens. People die all the time because their doctor was not a good listener and did not diagnose properly or early enough. I will not take a chance with my health or my family's health here, too risky.

He is just plain rude most of the time. Does not let you explain your symptoms and at times make you feel quite ashamed of even being sick or having an injury.

after moving here from Texas I saw a few drs that I was less than impressed with. when a friend referred me to Dr.Muntean i was skeptical but still gave him a shot. Im glad I did. I think dr Muntean is very knowledgable and always takes the time to ask how Im doing and always gives me a little update on some news that is going on in texas.. I have referred many people to him and will continue to do so. Also his staff is always very helpful to me and is excellent about getting back to me promptly.

I found Dr. Muntean to be a very poor listener, and I believe he misdiagnosed my problem on more than one occasion. I would NEVER go back.

I am very disappointed with the service I received at this doctor's office. The staff was very unprofessional when dealing with me and my insurance agent. They did not listen to me when I tried to explain the reasons for my visit. I could hear the nurse talking negatively about me through the closed door of examination room I was waiting in. I ended up walking out of the office without being seen by the doctor. This was the worst experience with a doctor's office I have ever had.
