I was in visiting in California and had a meniscus tear. Dr. Bragonier's very helpful staff tried to get authorization from my Florida insurance company for surgery but Dr. Bragonier dragged his feet for days and days - couldn't find time to write up his notes for the insurance, leaving me in pain and waiting for an answer. I'm sure he's very busy but he needs to have more consideration for his patients.
