My family's experience w/ George Karapetian. He was my Dad's Primary doctor. Dr. Karapetian sent my Dad to do a colonoscopy on a Monday. By Thursday my Dad was complaining of shortness of breath and fatigue. My Mom scheduled an appt. with Dr. Karapetian on Monday because Memorial care medical group couldn't see him Thur or Friday.

On Sunday my Dad was feeling really bad, so he went to Memorial care urgent care and was seen by Julie Beck. My Dad told Julie he had Pain when he breathed in and was feeling ill. Julie Beck gave him heartburn medicine and sent him away. The next day my Dad had his appointment with Dr. Karapetian. My Mom drove him as he was feeling ill and he told Dr. Karapetian that he had severe pain when he breathed in and was feeling ill since the colonoscopy. My Mom asked if we should take my Dad to the emergency room. Dr. Karapetian said its not necessary. That night my Dad died in his sleep. I tried to save him but I couldn't. I just had to watch him die. He had suffered a massive pulmonary embolism.
That was our experience with Dr. Karapetian

He has been our family doctor for past 17 years. He is so wonderful and always there for our family. Hope all doctors were like him.
