We met Dr Goel in July 2015 when my husband was hospitalized after going into v-tach. My husband is a congenital heart adult who had difficult operations at U of M hospital when he was 15 months and 6 years old. He did not have any cardiac issues for 45 years. The difficulty in his case was that there are no medical records from his childhood so Dr Goel had to try to figure out a heart that had been altered with no information. He suggested a cardiac ablation in July of 2015. We didn't think that was a good option at the time and struggled with an irregular heart beat for 18 months. Finally we decided to go ahead with Dr. Goels suggestion and, could not be happier that we went ahead with the procedure. Through all our concerns Dr Goel always presented us with facts, and eventually helped us feel confident in our decision. We never felt pressured by him even though he felt the ablation would be in our best interest. We are very thankful to have found Dr Goel and highly recommend him and he has earned our trust as a Dr.
