Dr Townsend himself is a great Dr. However his staff I do not feel are well trained in their job. I am going to go find another Dr because of his staff. Really sad to be treated like this from his staff. I really wish they had to answer to someone higher and I could talk to someone higher to let them know how they treat his patients.

I also have fully supplemental insurance policy. Sometimes a little rushed when running behind schedule, but usually very helpful and thorough.
