This is a horrible office! The two staff members who assisted me were SO rude! Downright nasty to me when I asked about the wait time - I assume they get a lot of angry patients asking about the wait time. I waited over and HOUR past my appointment time and after all of that they had the nerve to offer me a starbucks gift card for a 5 star review!!!! I've never left a review for a doctor's office before but since they tried to buy my review with a cheap gift card and after dealing with terrible staff members - well, I told them I'd write the review they earned. Plus, the doctor was in the office for only 7 min for a new patient appointment! He basically said he didn’t know what was causing my problem and walked out. What a waste of time and money! DO NOT GO HERE!

Awful! I literally waited in the exam room for over an hour for the first exam. They are always so far behind schedule. Then I learned I paid a few hundred dollars more for Lipiflow than I needed to. Lenscrafters at the south hill mall had the same procedure for about three hundred dollars less! The staff were rude and told me I asked a lot of questions and I was told they didn't have time to answer my questions. They were SO pushy about the Lipiflow (which isn't covered by ins) and then tried to get me to do the Lipiflow again a few months later! I was also annoyed because they offered me a Starbucks gift card for my yelp review. Plus the staff does everything - at one apt after waiting 30 min past my appointment time, I saw a technician for 15min and the doctor was only in the room for less than 5 minutes. I paid to speak with the educated doctor not some tech with "on the job training". I won't go back. They are over priced, long wait times and incredibly rude staff.

This office pays for reviews(offer Starbucks gift cards if you leave a 5 star review). Not only were they very rude to me but what will be useful for other patients to know - the wait time is obnoxious! I had 3 appointments and each time I was immediately put in to an exam room where I waited for *over an hour* each time. The first appointment I waited for a full 2hrs! The only reason I didn't walk out was because I really needed to be seen. They apologized and I figured it would be a one time issue. The second time I waited for 78 min in the room and the third time I waited for 93 min. These appointments were each separated by approx 3 wks and I can't imagine why they the wait was so long because I saw the doctor for less than 15 min. I talked to another patient in the parking lot and he had a similar wait time - his wife speculated they were double booking patients and just making people wait. I am not sure but I will not got back. I'd avoid unless you have nothing to do all day.

Dr. Day went above and beyond for me when I had an injury to my eye. He was very professional and caring, he is knowledgable in treating eye conditions. The office has a good team work attitude.

I can not say enough about Dr. Day. My mother had bad pink eye, on a Sunday night. She was not his patient but he came into the office to help her anyway. My husband and I were both so impressed with Dr. Day and his staff!
