Based upon my Internist’s referral, I called Dr. Olivera's office to make an appointment for a diagnostic colonoscopy. It took two calls over three days. I was told by his office that an office consult was required first (an unusual requirement per my family's experience).
I made the appointment for 12:30 on July 5, 2016. I showed up on time, filled out forms for a new patient and waited, and waited. An hour later, 1:30 pm I asked the assistant what time could I expect to be seen, the reply was one more hour – no explanation, no apologies. I walked out.
