I never have to wail long and I am glad that he takes time with his patients shows that he listens and does not rush a patient quickly out. I have skin Cancer which he took care of a growth immediately.

Appointment times are never on time, we spend about 2 hours waiting in there and 15 minutes with the doctor and there will only be maybe 3 other people there. I have seen many walk out because they had been waiting for an hour. One nurse there is very nice and friendly, seems everyone else is a jerk and want you out asap! I was sent a bill for $90 A YEAR AND A HALF LATER! They claimed insurance never contacted them but when I called insurance they provided me physical proof and emails between the two that they had contacted them 3 days after the bill was submitted. Now because of THEIR mistake they're sending me nasty bills threatening to send me to collections. WTF! Dr. Speck was nice but didn't seem to want to listen to me. Yes, I have acne but I can control it I wanted help with the super dry skin on my cheeks not more acne medication! Couldn't get a word in but when I did it was ignored. Not happy with these experiences and WILL find another office!!

I have been to this doc once before 3 years ago and now I know why I haven't been back. My original appt. was 4:30 but I was sure I wouldn't be out in time to pick up my child from after school care so the receptionist (Frank?) said to come in at 3pm. I arrived on time and gave the very UNFRIENDLY girl at the window my ID and insurance card. I waited an hour before she asked if I had a referral and said my insurance would not pay if I didn't. UGH! I cancelled the appt. right then and walked out. I can't believe they are so outrightly disrespectful of other's time. Just like other doctors in this town that double- & triple-book patients, making them wait ridiculous amounts of time and spending ten minutes with you. I will NOT be back.

I had to wait 45 mins past appt time, however I did like Dr. Speck and he quickly diagnosed and treated my problem. I will be back for follow up. Staff was nice.

Very good!!! Staff is wonderful--He sees many people, so sometimes it takes a little longer to get an appointment.

I've been seeing Dr. Speck for about 9 years now. He always takes care of my needs, skin irritations, removal of cysts, etc. Staff is always helpful. Appointment times are sometimes running a little long, but overall I am very happy with my Dr. Speck and will continue to use him in the future.

I have been going to him for two years and he has removed several skin cancers. I'm satisfied that he is competent.

First off the entire staff seemed new to the industry; I will say only one lady on staff made me feel comfortable. I figured that 90% of his patients are 70 or older--there are so many complaints he must hear, so Dr. Speck didn't want to listen to me--he was trying to tell me I had Excema which is a serious and rare skin disease that effects only 3% of the USA. At the end of my visit, he had already written a perscription for excema when he said, "there is also something called pityrasis rosea, which starts with a herald patch and then spreads 3-5 days later", and I said, "That's it! That's exactly how this happened," and he said (like he wished he wouldn't have said that),"Well let's see how this goes..."bla bla bla. Dr. Speck really just did not listen to me, and I assume I'm not the only person to feel that way. I DO have pityrasis rosea, which I just had to figure out on my own, and it was an allergic reation to a laundry detergent I bought. I WISH HE WOULD JUST LISTEN TO US!
