Dr Fantazzio made me feel like I had a voice. She listened and answered every question I had. My surgery experience was without incident. I will refer her to all my family & friends..

I absolutely adore this doctor! Although I moved an hour and a half away… I will still continue to see her for all of my follow up needs! She’s the best!

I was examined after several
mammograms had questionable results and Dr Fantazzio was very kind friendly and very reassuring . I have nothing but good things to say and I was very happy with the treatment I received! I would say excellent care!

Dr. Fantazzio knew going into my surgery for a lumpectomy that she would not be able to take all the cancer. It was in 3 areas as I found out later when another surgeon looked at my mammogram and I also saw where the radiologist had 3 areas circled on the mammogram.. Dr.Fantazzio did not tell me this and I had requested she use the margin probe (which I had researched online) to be sure to get all the cancer. She only took a small area which had no clear margins. After the surgery she told me everything would be fine and she would see me for my follow up visit in the office. Since I thought the cancer was removed and I would just be scheduled for radiation, I went to the follow up appt. by myself. To my complete shock, she told me that she did not remove all the cancer and I would need a mastectomy. She gave me the weekend to think it over and call her back. Needless to say, I went for a second opinion and ended up having a mastectomy after more testing at MD Anderson. I lost all confidence in Dr. Fantazzio that she did not discuss this with me when my husband was with me after the lumpectomy. She must have known that she did not get clear margins especially when she used the margin probe. I just wouldn't trust her ever again.

My wife is 3 weeks out of surgery from cancer and the surgeon Fantazzio has unexpectedly refused to treat her pain and discomfort and has given no notice and no options. As a result of the neglect to continue caring for her as every medical professional agrees she should absolutely continue to do that we spoke with after we were shocked by this non professional behavior I now have to watch her suffer each hour that goes by. Only option now is the emergency room to hope she can get relief there. We guess after the surgeon was paid interest was completely lost. All my wife did was trust her and followed her instructions to the letter. This surgeon put on a nice pitch I guess and we were foolish to think she would be there for us through out the entire process. I now spend time to warn others not to go near her office because watching a loved one who has done nothing wrong suffer is not a nice thing.

My wife is 3 weeks out of surgery from cancer and the surgeon Fantazzio has unexpectedly refused to treat her pain and discomfort and has given no notice and no options. I now watch my wife suffer each hour and all I can do is try to get her to the ER. every medical professionals we spoke to agreed her care after surgery should long still be this doctors responsibility however we all think that probably because this doc is now paid she can care nothing about my wife.
