I would rate zero, the staff is not very professional. The office manager Gina is completely RUDE, she hung up on me TWICE! They give you conflicting information, they don’t follow up. This place is horrible and it starts at the door with Gina.

Dr. Henwood has greatly helped me become more conscious of my overall health by pointing out high blood pressure as well as discovering a thyroid problem I never knew I had! The only thing that bothered me was for my first appointment with her, she didn’t see me until nearly an hour after my scheduled appointment time, but being a doctor she could have had something come up last minute. I plan to make her my PCP for at least the next few years!

Went a few month ago. She just asked questions and then a nurse called a few days later with lab results and vague answers. Why can’t I find someone that will listen to me and address my concerns?

I love Dr. Henwood, she is not they typical doctor, she wears many hats, and if she is running late she is well worth the wait. You not just a folder she picks up from the door she knows her patients. I also Love Gina, she is always very helpful and has been with Dr Henwood as long as I have been going to see her.

Dr henwood is a very nice knowledgable doctor. During my wife last visit she was with us in examination room we were interrupted by a medical assistant first to go to next patient. Dr did not go out saying She was working. Then a man -husband a dentist has pulled her out from the room. She excuses us left to come back. But she never came back. Actually I was going to ask 3 more questions. Later a medical assistant came in and took us to another room to take blood sample. At that time I asked if the Dr will see us b/o our half conversation. Med asst said she is unamble to come back and she is very busy. I asked her to dr know about some 3 questions I will have to ask. She wen out came back saying I have to make another appointment to Sammy questions. But I reminded the sr wa pulled out by her his ant in the middle of examination and could not have asked our questions. Med asst told me she could help me fin answers. But I did not admit saying these are should be taken care of by an MD.

I Believe Dr Henwood is great. Yes, you have to wait sometimes but she is well worth it. Dr Henwood is very knowledgeable and has taken great care of me. I going to continue going to her as long as I can. She is one of the best drs I have ever seen.

Extremely disappointed in this office! Ridiculous wait, the Dr was frazzled, change her diagnosis and medications several times based on her nurse interfering. The staff were very abrupt and quite rude. And then when I requested a call back about my treatment and condition, no one ever called me back. It seems this Dr would rather refer everything to specialists, not treat you, yet take your money and waste your time. I am extremely angry and very upset with my experience here.

I loved Dr Henwood, and have seen her for awhile. She helps you, and takes her time...except, this last visit. She has a new nurse that over rides her decisions, and actually caused my care to change, after the Dr gave me my medications! I was pushed out without getting an explanation of my new treatment. I am so upset and sad. I feel like I was abandoned. And I don't feel it was Dr Henwood, but her staff interfering. The long waits will no longer be worth it if that kind of care is where this office is headed. I am Broken hearted and they definitely abandoned me. I want my Dr back, and the care I got from her...not a bossy nurse changing what the Dr originally wanted and had prescribed. I'm very hurt :(

Being a man I was not sure about seeing a female doctor, but her husband happens to be my dentist who's office is located at the same place. This lady has a great bedside manner and I feel like I'm getting help from my mother which is very cool! I feel very comfortable with her and I totally trust her and her wonderful staff. Thanks Doc!
