Worst office staff ever. They were obviously overwhelmed and the wait was over an hour.

Scheduled an appointment TWO weeks ago, they asked for insurance information. Day before, they call to confirm and ask for same information. Day of the appointment, we get there, wait over a half an hour, then they decide to tell us they don't take our insurance?!?!?!?!?
Very poor communication. The staff was NOT helpful at all.
This was very poor professionalism and I would not recommend this office AT ALL. If they can't keep up with their appointments, how can the Dr. be trusted? Would never trust this doctor or this staff again. Very unprofessional. Horrible experience.

Horrible doctor and staff. Unprofessional rude and nasty. Doctor is a phony and should lose his licence. Do not go to this doctor.

The doctor is in severe need of a new staff. Judy & Rosa are very disagreeable to work with and I wouldn't trust their care to my worst enemy. Shocked and bewildered these persons are in the health field. Not sure if the Doctor is aware or even cares but I have researched other rating sites and the complaints are consistent about the staff since 2010 and I wouldn't trust my health with a Doctor that hasn't remedied his in-house staff issues & allow it to perpetuate all these years. It's irresponsible

overall great experience.the staff was very helpfull .as well walked out feeling really good with prognosis . i would tell anyone with doubts go see him hes great

The staff was very friendly and very helpful. The doctor, on the other hand, was abrupt, rude and refused to treat me.
