We will NEVER go back to this place. First they billed our insurance incorrectly. We had them to give the information to us so we could bill it and it got paid we are talking 5 months of non action from the staff. A month after we submitted the info the insurance company paid. Before that we received a call from the owner of the practice basically threatening to send us to collection if the claims aren't paid. Mind you we are the ones who submitted the info to the insur co. and got them paid. Afterwards we received a statement saying they miscalculated 8 months worth of bills and we now have a balance, six days later we received a letter saying we are being sent to collection. REALLY!! After we submitted the info to the insurance co and got them to pay they are going to tell us Ooops! for 8 months we didn't realize our calculations were off and now you have 6 days to pay or you are going to collections. Unreal!!

Dentist is very rude - the staff is persnickity and judemental and clueless! Find another dentist!

Go thrugh People like water. Staff and Dentists. No knowledge of dentistry and what they are suppose to be doing. They are very rude
