Fantastic doctor. Dr. Papoutsis is a genuine caregiver. She asks appropriate questions to determine your health status, she's extremely thorough and she LISTENS. How rare is it that when you talk to a dr. you find one that can repeat back what you say. She hears you and cares about you. Only points off were for punctuality because she runs behind, BUT she's definitely worth waiting for. If they built more time in for her patients, she'd be on time. If you want in and out, don't go. If you want to be taken care of and helped, she's the one at Good Hope Family.
