My symptoms regarding hypothyroidism were ignored. Instead, she focused on asking me questions regarding my diet and what food I generally ate. When I tried to drive the conversation back to my symptoms, she focused only on the weight gain I had discussed, but didn't appear to believe me when I said I couldn't manage to lose weight I had gained last summer. She told me to stop reaching for sandwiches, cut alcohol for a month (I already told her I mostly drink only on the weekends), drink more water, cut carbs and starchy vegetables, and that I'd see some weight loss. She even told me after looking at what I weighed at my visit that I could stand to lose 10 to 15 pounds. I spent more time talking with the nurse, who I felt actually listened to me, rather than the actual doctor. They are running some blood tests, but she told me that she doesn't generally put someone my age (almost 26) on supplements as these things can even out and go away after some time. I was recommended her through my gyno and I will be letting them know my displeasure as well, I am very disappointed and overall felt like I wasted my afternoon. I also had to wait almost 30 minutes after my scheduled time to be called back, and then had to wait for her for some more once I was in an exam room.

I would not recommend this doctor to anyone. Rude in my opinion. She kicked me out of the practice for making a joke.

I have been going to Dr. Dziko for several years. She is kind, knowledgeable and prompt. Her staff is fantastic.

I saw Dr Dziko regarding irregular menstrual cycles and unable to achieve conception with my husband. She drew particular attention to the fine hairs on my face that everyone has and told me bluntly, "You should think about waxing you know". I really felt great about myself after hearing this. Then, she basically told me I could not get pregnant solely because I was overweight. She was not interested in helping me due to being obese. This doctor was a complete waste of my time and I regret having gone to her. I am now with a physician who is helping us achieve our family goal. I would not recommend Dr Dziko to anyone I know.
