I can’t say enough about Dr. Ariani and his staff. Not only is Dr. Ariani one of the best physicians I’ve ever met, it is a pleasure to visit his office. In addition to providing outstanding care, there is virtually no wait time either in the lobby or in the examine room. He has changed my life. I can promise you will not be disappointed.

After seeing 5 doctors in New Jersey and Central Florida, I found Dr. Ariani. I suffer with chronic pain caused by issues in my cervical and lumbar spines. No doctor has been able to give any relief until I met Dr. Ariani. His nurses are the best. The front desk receptionist are very nice. The only issues I have had is with contacting the office via phone. A patient portal would be helpful.

Staff did not advise us that provider was not a member of the practice at Florida Hospital physician group. This greatly increased our out of pocket expense since his charges were for 'hospital services' rather than 'office visit.' Our copay instead became an expense of about $500. Very displeased that staff did not answer our preliminary questions about billing prior to services being rendered.

Cocky and unfeeling. Does not make a patient feel comfortable. Indifferent!! Would never recommend. I have lots of experience with procedures and he is just not intuned to patients feelings.

Very condescending. He never listened to me. He did an epidural in a room with my jeans on, they were lowered to allow the injection. Not enough sedation for the pain that I went through. He is NOT compassionate.The injection hurt so bad that I cried out and told him to slow down or stop for a minute, all he said is "don't move." No soothing words or support from him. I am a retired registered nurse who has had many epidurals. Always wore a gown, cap, etc. He is very cocky. I never went back for the other 2 injections. I found a wonderfully compassionate doctor @another pain mgmt. The nurse, Imelda, was very kind and knowledgeable.

Dr. Ariani is a an excellent pain management doctor. He explains everything clearly and take lots of time to help. I have seen him for the past 3 years and always have good experiences there. Highly recommend.

Worst Doctor I have ever seen!! He is degrading, doesn't believe anything that you have to say and a complete ass!
