Absolutely horrible.Wasted WEEKS of time saying what he was going to do just to turn around and say he can't do it. Degree from online university of Phoenix? His xray tech, handled an open wound, after just having spoken of the risk of infection, with NO GLOVES and NO HAND WASHING. Kline just puts on gloves, never washes hands.
