I don't know how he is about surgery but do NOT go to him for tear trough fillers! He was incompetent, disorganized, not informative, and overpriced! He ruined my face. I thought he would be the best doctor because he specializes in eyes: BIG MISTAKE. You've been warned.

My husband is still alive due to Dr.B and his staff is top notch. They care about their patients and are very professional. Nothing is too much for them. He even has Saturday hours and does surgery at Wills Eye, which is top notch. This guy wrote the books on eye surgery literally, you will see them in his office. He comes from a long line of ophthalmologist. He did reconstructive surgery on my husbands eye to remove cancer and you can barely tell he did anything. Thanks will never be enough for him.
