Dr. Savoy is personable and knowledgable as always. Great ability to connect and communicate. The staff is unbelievable in terms of follow up, attentiveness and demonstrating care and consideration. The only reason I responded to this survey was that I was just telling my wife how impressed I was with the total experience after a second follow up call from the office on some Rx. Phenomenal.

I came in for a colonoscopy and Dr. Savoy and the whole staff that assisted me were top-notch, considerate people. They made my stay as welcome as one could be for this type of procedure. Thank you Dr. Savoy and your staff!

He’s one of the best doctors I’ve ever seen and I’ve unfortunately seen a lot. I’d put him in the top two, the other coincidentally also being a GI specialist I saw in a different location before moving to Vancouver. He explained things very well, regularly checked with me to see if what he was saying made sense and if I had any questions. It was a calm, relaxed informative session. Easy to understand everything he explained. Great “bedside” manner. Huge contrast to a cardiologist I had seen a week or two earlier in Vancouver, who was a bit arrogant and quirky. It was nothing like that with Dr Savoy, it was all good.

Dr. Was great, really easy to talk to and very helpful at making my visit one that put me at ease. He was able to answer all of my questions and took time to address any and all concerns. A+. The nurse that helped me seemed good at first and then just made me feel so uncomfortable to the point I was sick. I do not know what happened and just needed to leave.
