Front office ladies were most of the time in a horrible mood and not very great at greeting a patient. Wait time is long in the waiting room and on top of it longer in the exam room waiting for her. She has misdiagnosed people in my family thinking they have worrisome diagnoses, when in fact it was nothing to worry about at all. She always has a "I am better than you attitude" I think. And when it comes time to actually see you for a physical it takes her like 5 minutes instead of half a hour or so what it should be to discuss anything. Most of what I was there came back and she never did anything to help it go way.

This office is a joke. The Medical Assistant she has working for her isn't certified and has no training in injections, which she does. Dr. Montague doesn't diagnose properly. She over medicates patients. She never follows up with patients and is short and rude. The front office staff is rude when I call there and in person. I suggest you dont go there. She doesn't care about her patients care or health. It's all about the amount of money shes making.

Dr Montague Has been my regular doctor for close to five years. Her level of service has declined greatly over the last year. Her office staff made me feel like I was an inconvenience to them. This is the final straw!! While in was in the waiting room one of them talked about how abusive her husband was but how great their sex was. My 5 year old does not need to hear that at his doctor's office!!! When I checked in I was told the nurse would come and get my but they're not even nurses. I was on time for my appt but sat in the waiting room for 40 minutes before I was brought to a room, then I waited another 35 minutes to see Dr.Montague. When I went to the pharmacy to pick up the prescription I was told there was none waiting. It took three calls to the doctors office and it was the wrong prescription (it was supposed to be a tablet, not liquid). My poor 5 year old shouldn't have had to suffer any longer because of her incompetence. We're done, the whole family is transferring ASAP.

As a new patient, it was obvious that the dr had not read any of my records that were previously sent over. I had to provide basic and important information that I thought that the dr would have known if she had done her homework. No one introduced themselves to me and they did not wear name tags. I expected to have blood drawn and told them when I arrived. They wanted to put me off until another appt when I had fasted all day. The nurse and the technician had a personal conversation while treating me. It is the most unprofessional medical office I have ever experienced. I will not return as I lack confidence in their capabilities.

The doctors rarely listen to anything you have to say, dismiss any pain management issues you have as the patient just trying to get medication they don't need, are most often not able to properly diagnose and just seem to care very little about treating patients as long as they are getting paid. Very disappointed and dissatisfied.

Dr. Montague is a wonderful help and addition to my life. She treats me with respect and empowers me to better myself in all areas personal and professional. She does ask questions that are personal but I like that...It makes me comfortable to know she cares about my life inside and outside of her office. She has always given me options for what I want to do and she respects my fears and discomforts as a patient. I hate Doctors as a rule but she makes me so relaxed.

Good DR. She gives me what i need, and is great with me and my children. There are times i feel she just guesses(once guessed a rash was an allergy to latex, it wasn't) but overall i think she is one of the best doctors ive had. Even when i call her at 4am with a question about my daughter. Staff is always very friendly to me and my family. I give her and her new practice a 8.9 out of 10.
