My husband had cataract surgery mid day and of course schedule was backed up. He was told to come to the Dr office the next morning at 7:45. There were people lined up at the door when we arrived. Procedure is to see 2 staff with a wait in between before you see the doctor. We were at the office 1 hour 55 minutes. If that's protocal, so be it, but PLEASE let patients know what to expect. My husband and I both work and it totally messed up our day. We have schedules too.
