I have been Dr. Russell's patient for several years and highly recommend him to anyone looking to receive quality eye care. He is a great listener and always goes out of his way to find a solution for any of my vision concerns. He has a lot of experience with multi-vision contact lenses, and gives you his straight out opinion without trying to appease you with unrealistic expectations. He talked down to me. Verbally attacked me. Didn't try to hear my medical history. Made me feel very uncomfortable. Afraid to see him again. I was shocked by the way he treated me. I don't understand why he treated me that way if it was my race or gender. I don't know what to do. I left still not knowing how to treat my eye issue. Completely treated unfairly.
