Hands down the best dr EVER!! He spends so much time with you & never rushes you thru your appt. I've seen him several times over the past few yrs & he's even done 3 surgeries on me from a botched bladder sling (that he did not put in). I really like that he's only a phone call away if I need him. By far my favorite dr!! I cannot thank him enough for helping me so much. Its hard to find such a caring dr. And his nurse (Pam) is fantastic!! I love her too. They make a perfect team!

I was referred to Dr. Cullison by my pcp for back pain and having blood/protein in my urine (twice). I have a history of kidney stones so my pcp suspected this was the case again. Dr.Cullison said urine was fine and I definitely did not have a kidney stone but instead have muscle or sciatica pain. I accepted this decision but I do feel more testing should have been done to verify I did not have a stone which is what my pcp thought he would do! Today, the day after my appointment with him I was in more pain than ever and guess what? I passed a stone just about twenty minutes ago!! Needless to say I do not feel confident in going to Dr. Cullison again. It was obvious he thought I was exaggerating the pain I was in and he did not want to prescribe me anything more than an anti-inflammatory medicine. Thankfully my pcp had given me some pain medication from my appointment with her that I still had and was able to use. I do not recommend Dr. Cullison at all.

He was great. After every appt. he came to see me. The nurses who did my pre op made it not even seem like a dr visit. And the nurse Brenda after surgery was phenomenal. I did however didn't get to see him upon checkout and was kinda looking forward to that. I did call with pain a couple days later and did get a prompt call back and another the next day to check on me.

He gave me pain meds (15) until we could isolate the amount and location of the stones but it was not strong enough for my pain, I called his nurse and they would not give me any other type of meds. I also told her I would return the 13 remaining pills, she just blew me off. She recommended me to go to the emergency room! I cannot afford 2000.00 at the emergency room for some pain medication. I told his nurse I will call my previous urologist in Douglasville that actually cares about their patients!
