Dr. Alexander explained my condition and the procedure that could be done to help improve it. Dr. Alexander and his staff and nurse are very helpful and friendly. They really helped to reduce the anxiety I had.

staff can be unprofessional,have to wait awhile sometimes, Dr Alexander was very thorough in explaining things to me and his care.

Acute surgery mid 2010 after being paralyzed. Long rehab- diligent wanting to get well. Ordered by Dr. Alexander to attend Six Points Physical Therapy fr. 8-5-2010, attended 8 sessions, last 2 complete disaster, mal-practise !! Ordered/put on special machine for several minutes, was refused getting off. Detramental/debilitating for my recovery. Revisit Dr Alexander, showing ZERO compassion & attending my welfare. Until present, on & off pain, biding my time and "emergency" back visit to Dr Alexander 12/31/12. Touchy situation, apparently, felt dismissed/brushed off, given 3 prescriptions, high, enormous amounts of Lortab 10-500 a' 120 w/5 refills !! - could be regarded as "criminal" conduct by a Doctor of "good" renome', cause addiction!! I was told to attend different kind of therapy etc which should again cause high co-payments. After experiencing previous "send'offs" to s.c. therapy, me being very hesitant and untrusty of this advice. Recently been denied a re-visit to Dr. T. A-r.
