Dr. Terry was forced upon our family when my mother fell and was taken to the hospital in Lebanon. My mother severely broke her humorous bone and needed surgery. Despite multiple requests Dr. Terry refused to speak to us before the surgery. He deemed himself to be the best person to make all decisions and refused to speak to us like intelligent human beings. He could not have been less helpful. He was extremely rude during every encounter after surgery and repeatedly gave contradicting information. When questioned about post hospital care he was more concerned with asserting his authority then helping my mother. He repeatedly announced that, "He was the boss!" I've been with my 76 year old mother through many surgeries and have never had to put up with such a horrible doctor. Stay clear of this one.

Dr Terry is amazing. His skill and knowledge are top rate! He has made an impossible situation liveable. Was in a head on collision. My left leg and foot were badly damaged. He put the pieces back together. He and his staff have been there for me.

Was a cluster of listening to him talking over me after my kid broke a bone in his finger at his father's and had no idea what was going on.

Had a broken thumb, he prescribed no pain medication, spoke. In a Unproffesinal manor, late into surgery, was complaining before surgery that he didn't have proper pins but sid it anyway.

Ok surgeon, complete wimp about pain control. He had a magic number in mind that is the amount of time it will take to get to the point that pain relief is no longer necessary, and that's a hard and fast rule regardless of the individual case, so if he operates on you, be prepared to hurt without relief.

Between Dr Terry and his associate Dr Tullos they have messed my mother's knee up badly! It has been replaced and then 2 more surgeries to fix what they messed up. Her knee is worse now than it was before the knee surgery! I STRONGLY URGE PEOPLE NOT TO GO TO THEM! MY mother is pitiful.

If you want patient care, do not go there. Find a doctor who takes his time with patients, shows up on time for surgery and treats follow up with interest.

I was dissappointed in only one staff member. Dr. Terry and the rest of his staff did an excellent job.
