This doctor will hold your health hostage. I needed a refill for several prescriptions which I cannot just stop taking because stopping completely could cause detrimental health issues like stroke and heart attack. I just asked for a couple weeks until I would have my medical insurance active and was denied any of my blood pressure medication until I come in for an office visit which will include expensive blood tests on top of the office visit. He does not care about anything but money. Get them in and get them out.

Dr. Frocillo has a standing policy that you MUST come in and see him, regardless of the issue. If you'd like to refill an ongoing, long term maintenance medication, a referral to a sleep clinic, a blood test, or anything else you must have an office visit first. These office visits consist of waiting for 30 minutes then seeing the doctor for 5 minutes. Of course, you have to pay each time. Want to leave his office? You're going to pay a pretty penny. $1.50+ per PAGE for medical records (those it does graduate downwards once you get into the hundreds of pages). Your insurance won't cover it, and he won't release your records until you pay him. Essentially he will hold YOUR health history hostage.
