OMG!!I had my third session today where they pretended to treat me. Then after being told 90% success and the oral medication is bad for you I have had no change in my toes and been sucscribed the oral medication. So I thought lets go see if we can find anybody else with complaints about this crook. And Walah!!!! Notice there is not ONE person giving this guy a thumbs up or should I say toes up ;) This guy is a theif and a conman and I say we go after him now. I am contacting my attorney tomorrow.

On my first visit I was told that the sucess rate was 95% and not to use the oral meds because of all the side affects. After 7 treatments and 1 year later, I had NO results, at a cost of $1700.00!! Now, on my last visit, Mullin suggested I use the meds, which he had advised against in my first visit, or remove the toenails at additional cost. I requested a refund, which he denied, I also told him I was going to contact the better business bureau because his procedure did not work. How can we stop this man from ripping off people?

I received laser treatments for a year with absolutely no improvement. On my final visit (almost a year after I started, and the first time that Mullin had seen me since my first visit), he recommended either oral medications or a procedure to remove the toenail. I had ZERO confidence in him by this point and went to see another podiatrist for a second opinion. I am not going back to see Mullin again, and I wish that I had never seen him in the first place.

I paid $1600 for one year of treatments. I believe I had 8 of them. That calculates to $200 a time. The before picture was taken, but not the after. My last appointment was in January 2012 and any future treatments would be $200. I also was told the success rate is 90-95%. There is no change in my toenail condition. On the first appointment Dr. Mullin said the terbinafine pills have side effects. On the second to last appointment,it was suggested I take the terbinafine pills orally for three to four months and the fungus should go away. Customers are vunerable and want to believe the laser treatment cost will be worth the end result. One year of buying and using terbinafine cream and UREA cream every day and my toes are the same as they were when I went in the first time. I would like to know the actual success rate. I'm all for filing a complaint together. I am so disappointed and also feel taken advantage of.

Ive probably had about 6 to 7 treatments in over a year period. I was told It should take about 10 months for a new nail to fully grow out. Because of this problem, my nail never grows normally and therefore it continues to give room for fungus to grow. Yeah.. the staff has been fairly friendly, but I do question their true knowledge of what exactly it is they are treating. They keep telling me each time I go in how good my feet are looking.. I express my concern about it never going away and they tell me it just takes time. I've seen Dr. Mullen twice in all the times I've been there. The first time he filed my toenails with that huge drill (that he almost dropped on me by the way) and then one other time he happened to be in there during my appointment. I will admit my toes are in better shape than they used to be.. but I don't think the fungus will every completely go away. I was skeptical from the get go. They havent asked me for more money than what I paid the first time.

I have had a really bad exeperience with this called "DR".Exactly like the others, I think and feel he is a lyer offering what he cannot do. He supposed to fix my toenails fungus, but after 1 year, they are the same. We should go through a court against him and his not real procedure :(

I have had a total of 4 laser treatments for fungus in one toe and have also seen no improvement. I question the technicians ability to properly operate the laser. He only saw me on the 4th visit after I requested to see him. Also they took a "before" picture back in April and conviently when I asked to see it they said the camera lost all the pictures.

I also have had a very negative experience with Dr. Mullin's practice and feel I have been "taken." I started laser treatments for toenail fungus in one nail; Dr. Mullin said I had evidence of fungus in all nails so I should have all toes treated. He convinced me to pay top dollar to have unlimited treatments until my condition was resolved. So far, I have had 3-4 treatments and have seen NO IMPROVEMENT IN ONE YEAR! Not only that, but he has been quite unresponsive and unfriendly when I have questioned the progress of my treatment. Also, similar to another complaint above, I have been concerned about the level of training of his assistants who have delivered my treatments. I think this doctor should be held accountable if he is making false representations. Do any of you other unsatisfied patients want to get together?
