Dr. Williams treated my adult son who has autism. He thoroughly explained everything that would happen and treated my son with respect and compassion. He called to check on him several times and made himself available whenever we needed him. I highly recommend Dr. Williams and his wonderful staff.

Dr. Williams did a good job with my bone graft and subsequent implant. I appreciated the fact that he was willing to take the time to answer all of my questions and concerns, and the staff was excellent in working with my financial situation.

Would definitely recommend . I was quite apprehensive about having a tooth out and this office turned the experience into a VERY POSITIVE one.

I had a tooth cut out today. Suffice it to say this guy was horrible. He shot me up w Novocaine, came back two mins later and without asking if it had kicked in(it hadn't), he yanked it out, then cut the gums to get it out. I FELT that! I told him what kind of meds I wanted and he actually REFUSED TO GIVE PAIN MEDS after CUTTING MY TOOTH OUT and doing all that! It took 20 minutes of arguing after that trauma and me threatening to sue for malpractice that he wrote me a 10 pill scrip! Hurting bad Do not ever go to the oral surgeon Dr. Bart Williams in Greenville, SC.
