What a wonderful Dr., and his check in young man. Dr. right on time, felt like we had been friends for years. Spent 30 minutes with me, corrected problem during that time. I am advising my friends, if you have a foot or ankle problem, this is the place to go. I was so impressed and that is hard to do. So thankful I picked this Doctor

I just love him. I have been a patient of his for many years. He has treated many wounds and even had to amputate my big toe. He is kind, caring and a great doctor. I wouldn’t go to anyone else for wound care.

Dr Kulick is very professional, personable, friendly and extremely knowledgeable. My wife and I have followed him throughout the city of Jacksonville, Fl. I've had a sore on my leg on and off for several years. I was seen by several doctors, wound care centers, even the Mayo clinic and no one could get the sore healed.Some of the places even recommended that I have my leg amputated! I was referred to Dr. Kulick by a friend who had a similar problem. Right from the start I could tell that this doctor actually cared about my condition and explained exactly what needed to be done. Great Dr. with a great personality! Knowledgeable, Friendly, and knows his stuff. I highly recommend him to all. He is not one to treat like an assembly line, he takes his time with his patients,and makes you feel comfortable.
