Dr. O is wonderful. He has been in charge of my care since i had a diagnosis of a rare cancer. He took me very seriously about my concerns. I have had to see him every three months for five years. I see that some reviews state he sends more time on his lap top. Well i have to say that ALL physicians (and i have had to see my more than my share) these days spend mega time on the laptop. It seems to be the way medical practices are going.

Not sure why the poor ratings. MD was recommended to me by my MD if flag for surg. Staff was very friendly. He was polite, friendly and spoke directly to me and my husband. Answered all ques completely and took time with us. Never felt rushed. Exam was gentle. Explained everything prior to us leaving office. Saw me and my husband the morning of surg and asked if we had ques/concerns and was with me in the OR while I went to sleep and when I woke up. My husband said Dr O saw him after my surg and was told how I was doing and showed him pictures of what he saw. Post op he and his staff were prompt and gentle and again was just great!. I have recovered quickly without any issues and was working out in 2 weeks. I have been a nurse for 20 years so yes this is subjective however professionally and personally Dr Osburn and his staff(both Prescott and PV) are terrific. Hope I don't need his services again but if I do I will make the drive from Flagstaff to see him again.

I did not like Dr. Osborne. I thought he was more rough than necessary during the exam and the entire rest of the time he was on his laptop. He wasn't personable and seemed almost bored with his job. I would not recommend him.

His office staff called to schedule a surgery. At an appointment just a few days before the surgery, he said "your not scheduled for surgery, you don't need surgery" He spent more time with a laptop in his lap typing away, than he does talking to the patient.
