Came to get some help, I was hopeful for some manipulation and adjustment on my back. I was told it would be a waste of time, there was no point in helping me get some relief because it’s only temporary. Generally, this was a terrible and unhelpful experience. Especially when I was told that my expectation to be healed in one visit was ridiculous (never said anything about making my issue go away, just wanted some help). On top of all this I also waited an hour and a half to see the doctor.

My suggestion if you need a compassionate, friendly, or helpful chiropractor, is to find someone other than this doctor.
Also, I asked what I could do at home since he was unwilling to help me, and he couldn’t let me know of one thing. I asked again, what specific stretches, and he says, well there are a number of stretches that I tell people to do but nobody does them.

Love that you see a physical therapist and the chiropractor. Heat and ice are used as needed and detailed exercises or stretches for at home. Front staff can be slow, but once you are in you are well taken care off. Dr B is a nice, friendly family man.
